Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while observing patients for any adverse reactions.
Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the interdisciplinary nursing team.
Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Document patient information accurately and comprehensively.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Act as liaison and maintain positive relations with residents and their families and physicians.
Contributes to/modifies the patient care plan.
Organizes/prioritizes routine and non-routine nursing care activities.
Adheres to standards of practice and safe technique in preparation and administration of medications.
Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
